Help needed
Knitting for drip sleeve covers for Dementia patients in Ninewells. It is a simple pattern and they are not large items. Can you help? Drop me an email to get the pattern.
Material for NHS Scrubs
Chrissy McKay of Daisy Cottage in Kettins (beside Gow’s yard) is looking for people to donate cotton or polycotton so that she can sew into scrubs for NHS staff. Sheets and Duvets are generally too thin but lightweight curtains are good as long as they are not too textured or loose weave. She asks that you leave the donations in her porch at the house. (let me know if you need help getting the material to Chrissy) She is working on this as part of a national group. Many thanks.
Thursday is clap for the NHS at 8pm. So let’s make some noise to show our appreciation.
For those that are isolating, please get in touch if you need any help or shopping etc done. Or if you know or anyone else that needs help.
Keep safe
Susan
